The Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library now offers Book Club Kits for circulation. A few simple rules apply in order to ensure our kits come back in good condition:
Patrons may borrow book club kits for a period of 6 weeks
Book club kits cannot be renewed
Overdue fines are 1$ per day/per kit - there is no maximum
All kits must be checked-out and returned at the Reference Desk.
All kits contain 8 books and one binder of information, all material must be included in the bag when it is returned
A kit that is missing a book will not be accepted. Patron’s can only return a kit that is complete.
If a book is lost or damaged, patrons have a choice of either replacing the book or paying for it. If the patron chooses to replace a book it must be the exact same copy (i.e. trade paperback) and it must be replaced within 2 weeks. Please note that overdue fines will be accrued until the item is replaced.
All kits should be returned as they were lent out: clean and undamaged
