Fill out this form if you want to request a book that the Library does not own. Items marked with a red asterisk must be entered to submit the request. Please provide as much information as possible, to reduce or eliminate the need to get back in touch for clarification.
This service is limited to members of the library, 17 years and older. Your membership must still be valid and in good standing before completing and submitting this form. The library can only accept 2 requests for books at any one time. Your ILL books must be returned before you can request other titles.
Before completing this form, check the Library's
catalogue for the title of the book you want. If we own
the book, you can reserve it in the catalogue. If you know the
book was published in the last twelve months, please try Suggest
a Purchase first, since most lending libraries will not
lend the books if it was published in the last 12 months.
