Residents of Montreal West who joined the library between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2005, must bring a Montreal West voucher to the library in order to reactivate their membership.
New members are also required to bring identification as explained above and $5.
Vouchers can be acquired at the Montreal West Town Hall.
